Assign Tasks & Teams

Easily assign planned jobs and follow-up actions to yourself, a colleague, or an entire team. This ensures nothing falls through the cracks and everyone knows who’s responsible.


Step-by-step: Assign a task or team

  1. Go to the building overview and the task settings

  2. Click on a activity

  3. Assigning the tasks

    1. Select when tasks need to be generated

    2. Select the 1st designated person for the task
    3. Select the 2nd designated person for the task
    4. Change notification setting on when people will be informed about new tasks
    5. Set notification when non-compliances arise
  4. Choose a user or team
    You can assign the task to:

    • Yourself

    • A specific colleague

    • An entire team

      • Teams can be created based on the floors and rooms in a building.
  5. Save the assignment
    Once selected, click Assign to confirm. The user(s) will receive a notification and can see the task in their app.


Want to reassign?

You can change the assignee at any time by clicking the Edit assignment button on the task.
