What you can monitor

1. Non-compliances
   Instantly see how many non-compliances are open across all buildings. Filter by risk type, location, or priority level to focus your efforts.

2. Task performance
   Track how well flushing and temperature monitoring are being performed. See what's completed on time — and what isn’t.

3. Overdue follow-ups
   Spot tasks that have been assigned but not yet resolved. View them per building or per service provider.

4. Trends over time
   Visualise how your compliance is improving (or slipping) over time. Trend graphs show:

   • Number of completed vs missed tasks

   • Non-compliance evolution

   • Flushing behaviour changes

   • Temperature fluctuations over time

Step-by-step: How to use it

1. Open the web app
   Go to app.legionelladossier.com and log in.

2. Click ‘Dashboards’ in the main menu
   This opens a full overview of key compliance stats, trends, and alerts.

3. Use filters to zoom in
   Narrow down by:

   • Control measure

   • Building/region

   • Building information

4. Drill down to the details
   Click on any graph or metric to dive deeper. You’ll be taken straight to the relevant buildings, tasks, or logs.
