Easily enable control measures per building. These include tasks like flushing, temperature checks, inspections, maintenance and more. Once enabled, these measures generate tasks based on your settings.
Step-by-step: Enable control measures

Go to ‘Buildings’
Open the web app and navigate to the Buildings section in the left-hand menu. -
Select a building
Use the search bar if needed and click on the building where you want to enable control tasks. -
Open ‘User & Settings’
From the building menu, select 'Enable or disable control measures'. -
Choose the measures to activate
You can enable:-
Flushing

Temperature monitoring (hot, cold, mixed)

Inspections (e.g., cisterns, calorifiers)

Routine Sampling

Maintenance Tasks (TMV, CWST, calorifiers)
- Remedials (fix technical recommendations)

Configure task frequency
For each measure, you can define how often it should be carried out (e.g., weekly, monthly, custom). -
Save and generate tasks
Click Save. The selected control measures are now active, and tasks will be created based on your schedule.
💡 Tip: Make sure outlets and assets are correctly linked to rooms and locations. This ensures accurate task generation, performance and reporting.
