In addition to the standard task and planning options, LegionellaDossier offers advanced settings that allow you to tailor how the app works across your buildings. Below is an overview of these options.
Holiday Mode for Locations
Holiday mode helps you enable and disable flushing and temperature monitoring tasks during holiday periods. You can specify that flushing and monitoring tasks should only be carried out during a certain period — and not outside of it.
Tasks will only be created and added to your list once you activate holiday mode for a specific location. This is particularly useful for sport complexes, schools, universities, camping sites and care facilities with reduced occupancy during summer holidays, where more outlets need to be flushed and monitored than usual.
Asset Information on Tasks
Make tasks more informative by showing detailed asset information:
-
Display numbers of assets and components on task descriptions.
-
Use the new asset register page, which is optimised for buildings with more than 1,500 outlets and loads faster.
🔍 QR Code Identification for assets
Add an extra layer of control by using QR codes on assets:
-
Display QR identification codes on the asset detail page.
-
Set QR codes as required to perform a task. If the user cannot scan or find the code, the task cannot be completed.
🏢 Vacancy Handling Options
LegionellaDossier includes smart ways to deal with temporarily unused spaces:
-
New tasks will automatically be created when a vacancy/infrequently used asset is created.
-
Choose to perform vacancy tasks only once for vacant rooms (instead of repeating weekly).
-
Allow users to report flushing of vacant outlets directly from the app, which is then recorded in the logbook.
- Set how long (time in sec) people need to flush when creating a new vacant room.
Combine Tasks per Room
Improve efficiency in larger buildings by combining tasks per room:
-
All flushing points in a room are grouped into one combined flushing task.
⚠️ Note: This task only says: "Flush this room for 2 minutes and tick it off." It does not require a temperature measurement.
