All documents containing information about a certain location can be found underneath the head ‘documents’ in the grey horizontal bar. When you click it, a panel will appear on the left-hand side, in it are folders for all the different types of document. For example, there is the option ‘risk analysis prevention plans and audits’, where documents belonging to the risk analysis and any related prevention plans can be stored. There are also folders for water sample information and maintenance reports.
