View the full risk assessment online. This includes key installation details, assets and components, technical recommendations, and control measures — all in one central place.

What you can see

1. Building and installation information
   Get a clear overview of your building layout, water system type, schematic diagrams, and asset categories.

2. Asset and component information
   View each tappoint (e.g. washbasins, showers, outlets) with its location, risk type, control needs, and current status.

3. Technical recommendations
   See which improvements are advised based on the assessment, such as adjustments to pipework, removal of dead legs, or temperature corrections.

4. Control measures
   Check what tasks are scheduled to keep the system safe: flushing, temperature checks, visual inspections, etc.

How to access the review

1. Log in to the web app
   Go to app.legionelladossier.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Click on ‘Risk Assessments’
   Select the building you want to review.

3. Explore each section

   • Use the tabs or navigation menu to view building info, installation details, assets, recommendations, and measures.
