No tasks appear

If you do not see any tasks in your overview, or tasks are missing, there are several possible causes: 

• A certain task has not been assigned to you, but to one of your colleagues. You can find out to whom a task has been assigned by contacting your building administrator legionella consultancy company. 
• The first and the second task holder may be assigned tasks at different times, you can read more about this in the section assigning tasks to users. 
• You are not logged with the right account. You can see which email address is logged in next to the menu button in the top right.
