Uploading documents

If you have been afforded the right ‘document management’ or document management lite’, you can upload documents to your file. You can add documents as follows: 

  1. Select the option ‘documents’ in the grey horizontal bar. In the panel on the left-hand side, existing folders are listed
  2. Add files by pressing the green button labelled ‘upload files’ in the bottom right 
  3. You can also email documents to a folder directly: you can find the email address of each (sub)folder in the light blue box situated above ‘responsibilities and instructions’ in each folder. Each folder’s email address starts with a number and ends in @app.legionelladossier.com.

It is also possible to create subfolders within a folder: you can do so by clicking the folder and then pressing the green button that says ‘generate new subfolder’ in the top left.
