Managing Documents, Logbooks and Job Reports

Keep your compliance records centralised and organised. You can quickly view and download logbooks, servicing reports, and any documents related to risk assessments, follow-ups, and control measures — all from the web app.


Where to find your documents

  1. Go to ‘Buildings’
    In the web app, click on Buildings in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select a building
    Use the search bar if needed and click on the relevant building.

  3. Open the ‘Documents’ tab
    Within the building dashboard, go to the Documents tab. Here you’ll find:

    • Logbooks

    • Job reports (completed tasks)

    • Risk assessments

    • Uploaded files (e.g. manuals, certificates)


Download logbooks and reports

  1. Go to the ‘Download Logbook’ in the top right corner

    • Logbooks show completed control tasks, non-compliances and follow-ups.

  2. Apply filters (optional)
    Use filters to narrow down by:

    • Date range

    • Type of task (e.g., flushing, temperature, inspection)

  3. Click ‘Download Logbook’
    Select the items you want and click Download Logbook. This will generate a clear, timestamped report suitable for audits and internal records.


💡 Tip: You can also upload your own files to the Documents tab — useful for storing calibration certificates, subcontractor documents, work instructions or additional evidence.
