Setting a Replacement

If you're temporarily unavailable—due to vacation, illness, or other reasons—you can assign a replacement so they can complete your tasks during your absence. This ensures all Legionella control tasks continue uninterrupted.


How to Set a Replacement in the web platform

  1. Go to app.legionelladossier.com and log in.

  2. Navigate to ‘your account’.

  3. Click ‘Set Replacement’.

  4. Select a 'Date', if you want to set replacement for 'all buildings' or set it 'per building' and select a replacement.

  5. Click ‘Save’ to activate the handover.

The replacement will automatically receive an email and see your tasks during the selected period.


Automatic Task Transfer

Once the replacement is set, all open and upcoming tasks for the selected time frame will be automatically transferred. This includes:

  • Flushing tasks

  • Temperature checks

  • Monitoring and inspection duties

At the end of the period, tasks will automatically be reassigned to you.


Things to Keep in Mind

  • Ensure your replacement is trained and has the correct permissions to perform tasks.

  • You can cancel or modify the replacement at any time via the app or web platform.

  • All actions are logged for compliance and audit purposes.
