Step-by-step: How to manage vacancies

Log in to the web app
Go to app.legionelladossier.com and open the Buildings section. -
Navigate to the 'Vacancy & Order'
Go to the 'Vacancy location management' section and find the room or asset you want to mark as vacant. -
Click “Mark as vacant”
The room is now automatically added to your flushing list.
💡Vacancy logging in the app: App users can report vacancy directly from their phone when on-site. The system logs this automatically in the logbook.

Change the task order / walking route
You can change the task order / walking route of different activities.
- Navigate to the 'Vacancy & Order'
Go to the 'Task Order' section. - Select a control measure
This way you won't change the task order for all control measures. - Drag and drop rooms and floors in different positions
You can now drag and drop different rooms and floor in different places to change the task order in which they appear in the app.
